Everything about browsing, prices and ordering on the Saint-Tech shop.
- How do I place an order?
- Browse the catalogue, add the products you need to your cart, then open the cart and continue to the order form. Enter your company details and submit — no account is required. There is no payment on the website; we email you a formal invoice afterwards.
- Do I pay on the website?
- No. The shop takes no online payment. After you place an order, we send an official invoice that you pay by bank transfer.
- Are prices shown with or without VAT?
- All prices are shown in euro (EUR) excluding VAT. The applicable VAT and the delivery cost are confirmed on your invoice.
- Some products say “price on request” — what does that mean?
- A few products do not have a published price. You can still add them to your cart and place your order — Saint-Tech will price them and include them on your invoice.
- How soon will I receive my invoice?
- Within one business day of placing your order.
- How is my order delivered?
- Delivery is arranged after your order and its cost is confirmed on the invoice. We supply laboratories and institutions across the Baltics.
