Air-Core Solenoid (Field Coil), 100 mm Diameter

This field coil is designed to investigate the magnetic flux density of cylindrical coils as a function of turn density, using a teslameter with Hall sensor. It is wound from 1.25 mm Isoflex-insulated copper wire on an acrylic cylinder. The coil has a 100 mm diameter, 120 turns, a 490 mm length, 4 mm safety-socket connections, and a maximum current of 10 A, or 20 A briefly.
