Animal Cell Model

This two-part model shows the form and structure of a typical animal cell as seen under an electron microscope, enlarged approximately 10,000 times. Major organelles are represented in coloured relief, including the nucleus, mitochondrion, smooth and rough endoplasmic reticulum, basement membrane, collagen fibres, Golgi apparatus, microvilli and lysosome.
