Automatic slip melting point apparatus, MP360

The slip melting point is an important physical property of fats and waxes. In chemistry, melting point measurement is a basic means of identifying a substance and one of the main methods of determining parameters such as purity, content and type.

The MP360 automatic slip melting point apparatus was developed specifically for these samples, fats and waxes. It runs on Android and uses video technology to display the temperature curve, optical signal and real-time video clearly and conveniently, so the solid–liquid transition, colour change and slight slipping of the sample can be observed on video. The layered insulation design effectively shields the measurement from external influences and keeps it stable and accurate, and faster heating and cooling rates reduce waiting time.
