SPE100/200/400 series automatic solid-phase extraction system with a highly integrated fluid-line design, a multifunction sample needle and a precise, flexible robotic arm, for faster and more efficient sample preparation.

• Channels and control: modular main unit; the number of channels can be upgraded on site, in 1/2/4/6/8-channel configurations
• Continuous processing capacity: up to 52 samples in one continuous run
• Robotic arm: three-axis X/Y/Z manipulator with linked X/Y axes for efficient operation; an additional H axis moves the slider, combining flexible movement with accurate positioning
• Sample pump: accurate sampling, resistant to solvent corrosion and high pressure (up to 1 MPa); handles both small and large sample volumes
• Sample needle: 316L stainless steel, solvent-resistant; the side-bottom opening ensures complete sample loading; the liquid line, gas line and extraction-column sealing are integrated in the needle
• Remote connection and control: built-in router for connection via Wi-Fi or network cable, for fully automated, unattended operation
• Puncture sampling: an optional sample needle allows puncture sampling, preventing loss of sample through evaporation
• Sample and collection volumes: the whole series takes 10–20 mL sample tubes, and 50 mL and larger on up to two channels; the standard collection volume is 10 mL/15 mL, expandable to 50 mL on two channels
• Pressure sensing: a pressure sensor on every channel as standard gives closed-loop fuzzy control of column pressure, with overpressure alarm and automatic termination of the run
• Flow rate control: each extraction column has its own sealing cap; a high-pressure seal is made by docking the sample needle and moving the Z-axis pressure block, so the solution passes through the column at the set flow rate, giving good reproducibility and consistency between parallel channels
• Solvent management: up to 8 reagents, low-solvent warning and liquid-level tracking
• Soaking and incubation: when the activation or elution solvent is loaded, the liquid level can be held above the sorbent bed for a set time to ensure complete activation or elution
• Cleaning: several cleaning modes keep the inner and outer walls of the sample needle clean, with no cross-contamination
• Waste lines: waste liquid is recovered for environmentally sound disposal, and waste of different types is collected separately
• Extraction columns: compatible with standard 1/3/6 mL columns; other sizes available to order
• Multi-method extraction: columns of different sizes and different methods run simultaneously without waiting, raising throughput in continuous processing
• A/B column extraction: several tandem-column extraction modes, with automatic recognition of the A/B column method
• Online drying/dewatering: nitrogen purge
• Online concentration: in-situ concentration by nitrogen purge, with programmable concentration time
• Large-volume loading: continuous, uninterrupted loading of samples over 500 mL; resistant to particle wear and corrosion, with no consumables or routine maintenance required; continuous switching between more than 48 samples

• Scheduled start: once a method is set up, its start time can be scheduled to suit the analyser's timetable
• Countdown: once a run starts, a countdown makes it easy to plan the end of the run and align it with the analyser in advance
• Self-check and alarms: after the parameters are set, the software checks them for logic errors and prompts for corrections; the fault alarm system continues or stops the run depending on the fault level
