A midsagittally sectioned skull made from 3B BONElike, a material that reproduces even the finest bony structures and matches the look, feel and weight of natural bone. The skullcap and the base of skull each separate into two halves, and the nasal septum and complete mandible are removable. The lower jaw is flexibly mounted to demonstrate masticatory movement, making the model well suited to studying the complex bony anatomy of the human skull.
