Cando Inflatable Vestibular Disc – Black, 35 cm (13.8 in)

An inflatable balance and seating disc that reproduces the movement of an exercise ball when placed on a chair, acting as a dynamic cushion that engages the major muscle groups. On the floor it works as a wobble disc for balance training, proprioception and strengthening of the lower limbs. One side is textured for tactile feedback, the other flat, and inflation can be adjusted from roughly 1 in to 2 in. It inflates and deflates with a standard pump. Weight capacity 250 lb.
