Climbing Spark Rods with Safety Connectors

This apparatus demonstrates high voltage and the upward movement of a high-voltage arc caused by thermal rise. The spark rods are enclosed in insulating protective plastic tubes with safety connectors. One rod can be moved horizontally to initiate the arc.
