Conductivity tester / water tester, P 5125

The P 5125 measures the conductivity of liquids, e.g. water. The purer the water, the lower its conductivity (distilled water, for example, is purer than ordinary water and has a low conductivity of approx. <10 µS). In industry in particular, using water of impeccable quality (purer water) in the processes is important for the quality of the products manufactured. The meter checks water purity via its conductivity – high conductivity indicates contamination – and can also be used, e.g., to check the condition of a water filter.
