Tube holder for the full range of Type S experiment tubes and compatible accessories, including Helmholtz coils S and an auxiliary coil. It has a terminal panel with 4 mm safety sockets, an integrated filament-protection circuit with excess-voltage LED, and mounting positions for transverse, Helmholtz and axial coil configurations.
