Falling Sphere Viscometer
DIN 53015
Höppler-type falling sphere viscometer for simple, accurate measurement of the dynamic viscosity of transparent Newtonian fluids. The sphere rolls and slides through an inclined, fluid-filled tube; viscosity is determined from its travel time over a defined distance. The tube is housed in a water bath to investigate temperature dependence and is supplied with six spheres, a ball gauge, thermometer, cleaning set and test certificate.
