Free Fall and Horizontal Throw

This apparatus demonstrates the independent superposition of motions. When triggered, one steel ball falls vertically while a second ball is launched horizontally from a spring-loaded rail; both reach the ground at the same time. It is mounted on a wooden base with storage recesses for the two 15 mm balls.
