Fume neutralization scrubber

Efficient, versatile and durable laboratory fume neutralization system with active aspiration.

The laboratory scrubber is a complete active gas aspiration system with a compact design that effectively washes and neutralizes gases. It includes a high-performance Graham-type cooling circuit designed for efficient cooling of high-temperature gases, a washing solution to capture particles, an acid-base neutralizing solution and an activated charcoal filter that neutralizes particles by adsorption.

The active aspiration system consists of a vacuum pump with simple manual regulation and acoustic insulation for quiet operation. The system's vacuum level is adjustable between 10 mbar and 800 mbar.

The scrubber is the ideal accessory for the MBC series Kjeldahl digesters. The two systems are connected quickly and easily by a hose linking the digester's fume collector to the scrubber's cooling system inlet, ensuring smooth and efficient interaction between the two units.

  • Active aspiration with adjustable speed
  • Complete system including condensation, rinsing, neutralization and adsorption
  • Safe operation with acoustic insulation
