Inertia Balance for Determining Inertial Mass

This inertia balance determines unknown masses after calibration against objects of known mass and their vibration frequencies. It consists of two metal trays connected by rigid steel spring strips; one tray holds up to three masses, while the other can be secured to a table or laboratory bench with the supplied clamp. The set includes the inertia balance, table clamp, 1.85 m cord and three masses.
