Compact and efficient block digestion system for safe Kjeldahl digestions and more.
MBC series Kjeldahl digesters are designed for quality control laboratories in the food industry that need to process numerous samples accurately and simultaneously. Available in six models, they process between 6 and 40 samples simultaneously, depending on the tube size and the number of sample positions of each model.
Built on more than three decades of research and development, the Kjeldahl digesters are made from premium materials for long service life and durability. The system consists of a heating block, a back support, a rack for digestion tubes, a set of sample tubes and a portable fume collector.
Every model in the MBC series has a 5" touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity for result analysis via RAYPAnet, and up to 10 freely programmable user programs. The new microprocessor allows the digestion temperature to be set up to 450 °C and offers two operating modes: a constant temperature setting or a programmable sequence of up to 10 segments with adjustable duration and target temperature.
