Laminar Flow Apparatus

This apparatus demonstrates and investigates the laminar-flow properties of water, including flow around differently shaped bodies and through constrictions. Dye marks the water flow on a velour-paper sheet at approximately 2 mm/s, making the current pattern observable. Once dry, the paper retains a permanent flow pattern for copying and evaluation.
