Titration
Modular automatic titrator, T960
High-precision laboratory titrator for volumetric analysis by potentiometric, dead-stop and other titration methods. It performs acid–base, redox, precipitation, complexometric and dead-stop titrations, with macro titration, micro titration, end point titration, preset-volume titration and titration by stored modes; users can also select or build their own titration modes to suit their needs. Applications include food, drug inspection, disease control, inspection, commodity inspection, water treatment, petroleum, chemicals, marine, electric power, environmental protection, new energy, teaching and research.
- Multi-channel modular design: several dosing units can be combined, and up to 4 dosing units work at the same time in any combination; no parts need to be fitted or removed — modules are simply placed side by side to form one instrument system
- Four standard burette sizes to suit the application: 10 ml as standard, 1 ml, 5 ml and 25 ml optional
- Built-in dosing unit with multiple safeguards against reagent spillage, minimising risk to the operator
- Multiple self-check functions simplify operation and prevent operating errors
- Application editor: users can create a custom titration mode for their experiment, store it and recall it next time with one touch
- Audit trail: operations performed on the instrument are recorded in the background and cannot be deleted
- Hierarchical user permission management; specific permissions are selected when an account is created
- Password ageing: each account can have a password validity period, and after it expires the password must be changed before logging in
- Configurable password complexity
- End points can be set manually and saved as associated data, avoiding unnecessary repeat experiments
- Hybrid synchronised dosing system: up to 4 channels in any combination of titrants, additives or auxiliary reagents relieve the operator of complex manual dosing
- Built-in burette, visible from outside through a window: the solution stays separated from the operator during the run, preventing spills and injury
- Multiple measurement modes: MEAS (pH/mV/T measurement), CAL (pH calibration), SET (end point titration), MET (equivalence point titration), MET with second-derivative evaluation (chloride determination), DET (dynamic titration), constant-pH titration, manual titration and others
- Titration types: acid–base, redox, argentometric, complexometric and dead-stop titration
- Wireless Wi-Fi module T9605: connects the titrator to a computer wirelessly for remote control, reducing the time staff spend in close contact with chemical reagents
