Composition & component analysis
Organic elemental analyser, E500
- Standby and wake-up: after analysis the instrument can cool down automatically and switch to sleep/standby mode, and it can be scheduled to wake up automatically. This avoids repeated waiting for heating and cooling at start-up and shutdown; standby also saves carrier gas and reduces power consumption
- Audit trail: the software complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Three levels of user permissions, with no limit on the number of users. All instrument operations and setting changes are recorded and traceable, keeping experimental data authentic and secure
- Wireless transfer of balance weighing data: an industrial-grade wireless module collects the weighing results from the balance automatically, reducing workload and avoiding errors
- Delayed air cooling: after shutdown following analysis, the cooling fan keeps running until the furnace has cooled to a safe temperature and then switches off automatically, saving cooling time and extending the instrument's service life
- Calibration curve method: linear or non-linear calibration; the order of the calibration curve can be set by the user
