By focusing heat radiation, high temperatures are produced at the focal point of the concave mirror. The parabolic mirror is made of plastic, with a small metal container fixed at the focal point for heating materials, a large base plate, and a holding handle with an adjustable joint for optimum setting of the radiation angle.
