REA-MR Reactor System

Laboratory reactor system for experiments, pilot batches and production in chemistry, chemical process engineering, pharmaceuticals, synthesis and biomechanical development, and for dispersion, distillation, evaporation, homogenisation and mixing. The flat-flange reaction vessel is rated from -80 °C to 260 °C at 0.095 MPa and has a drain valve and a glass or PTFE lid. A digital high-torque stirrer stores speed, timer and lock settings, while the remote-controlled heating mantle reaches 450 °C under digital feedback control and can be run with an optional external direct-contact K-type probe. Both units have a backlit digital LCD and digital jog-shuttle control. A flexible safety coupling between the stirrer motor and the PTFE shaft/stirring rod, together with overheat and overload protection, safeguards operation. CE certified with serial-number traceability.
