SMHS Multi-Position Hotplate Magnetic Stirrer, 3 or 6 Positions, up to 350 °C, 1500 rpm

The SMHS mixes and heats several samples at once, with 3 or 6 stirring positions that are each set independently through their own digital jog-dial control. It is intended for mixing chemicals, laboratory and pharmaceutical materials, heat-sensitive procedures in microbiology and biochemistry, and for drying samples and general laboratory heating. High-quality, stable ceramic plates of 140 x 140 mm heat to 350 °C at up to 1500 rpm and withstand heat, chemicals and — to a limited extent — acids. The powder-coated steel housing keeps liquids out and is easy to clean; a 30 mm stir bar is included.
