True RMS clamp meter, 400 A AC/DC, 4000 counts, P 1650

Clamp meter for measuring AC and DC currents up to 400 A on cables up to 30 mm in diameter. Current and voltage are measured as True RMS values, so readings are displayed correctly even for waveforms that deviate from a sine wave. Clamp meters are well suited to current measurement in electrical installations and control cabinets: the clamp jaws enclose a single conductor, so the current is measured without contact and no electrical connections need to be disconnected. The instrument also offers extensive multimeter functions for measuring voltage, resistance, frequency, capacitance and temperature, as well as continuity testing with an audible signal and diode testing. Its wide range of functions and simple handling make it suitable for electronics specialists, service technicians and hobbyists.
