Upgrade Kit for 3B Birthing Simulator Basic

This upgrade kit extends the P90 Basic birthing simulator with the training features of the Pro version. It enables demonstration and practice of Caesarean delivery, including incision and tearing of a C-section, vertical amniotic sacs with release of simulated amniotic fluid, and manual assessment of fetal position through the abdominal wall. The set includes an abdominal wall, sectionable two-layer silicone insert, inflatable uterus insert with replaceable upper uterine wall, anatomically shaped cervix, vulva with vagina, and safety strap.
