Designed specifically for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, the TLV-FA series vertical autoclaves excel at sterilizing liquid loads thanks to their fast cooling system with pressure support.
The TLV-FA series vertical autoclaves are equipped with a fast cooling system that includes a water coil, air compressor, internal fan and flexible probes. They are designed for advanced liquid sterilization in industrial and research environments in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotechnology industries, sterilizing aqueous solutions, liquid agar or lysogeny broth. They can also process solid loads.
Top Line vertical autoclaves are fully digital in operation. All models feature advanced connectivity and meet the latest requirements for electronic records and data control, so they can be used in FDA, GMP and GLP environments.
The fast cooling system, consisting of a radial fan, water coil and air compressor, sterilizes liquid loads more quickly. Up to 2 flexible probes can be installed for F₀-controlled sterilization.
