Fully automatic fibre analyser that integrates digestion, filtration, washing and waste discharge in one instrument. It works to the Weende and Van Soest methods and uses filter bags instead of crucibles, avoiding the sample caking and crucible clogging that occur during filtration with conventional methods. For determining crude fibre, detergent fibre, cellulose, hemicellulose, acid detergent lignin and related parameters in food, feed and other plant samples.

• Method library with built-in CF, NDF, ADF and other programs; more than 1,000 programs can be stored and edited by sample and test parameter
• Filter bag technology prevents sample agglomeration and crucible clogging; suitable for CF, NDF, ADF and ADL determination
• 24 samples per batch; ≥4 batches (96 samples) per day
• Built-in preheating: the wash water is heated in advance, so samples are washed with hot water as the fibre determination standards require, for accurate results
• One-piece metal digestion tank with special surface treatment, resistant to high temperature, high pressure and chemical corrosion; having no component joints, it prevents leaks and seepage
• User permission management: accounts and operations are set up according to each user's permissions
• Low-liquid alarm: when solvent runs short, the instrument raises an alarm and stops automatically
• Dual temperature and pressure monitoring: heating stops automatically on over-temperature, and a mechanical safety valve opens to release excess pressure
• Safety door: an electromagnetic lock keeps the digestion tank cover locked while a run is in progress, preventing operating errors
• The instrument stays closed throughout the run, and no condenser cooling water is required
