Dietary fibre analyser, DF06

Automatic dietary fibre analyser for determining total, soluble and insoluble dietary fibre in food. Enzymatic hydrolysis, precipitation and washing run at the press of a single button, replacing laborious manual operations.

  • Automatic liquid addition, heating, stirring, precipitation and filtration integrated in one instrument, replacing repetitive manual work and reducing labour costs
  • During enzymatic hydrolysis the reaction bag is sealed and opened automatically, preventing reagent evaporation at high temperature
  • Straight-through flexible reaction bag: once precipitation is complete, the sample passes to the filtration section automatically, with no manual transfer
  • Automatic internal line cleaning prevents blockages caused by degraded enzyme solutions and improves dosing precision
  • The temperature of each channel is controlled and monitored continuously throughout the run, to within ±1 °C, since temperature directly affects enzyme activity
  • Non-contact stirring mixes sample and enzyme solution efficiently without the stirrer touching the sample, avoiding sample loss
  • Filter membranes are used instead of conventional crucibles and are digested and ashed together with the sample, avoiding errors from sample transfer and residues
  • Ergonomic lift-arm working platform, adjustable to a comfortable position for each user
  • Built-in method library: preset protocols are recalled with one button and the analysis runs automatically
  • Six independently controlled channels, so the number used can match the number of samples
  • Negative-pressure filtration with no back-blowing or external gas supply required
  • Complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11: three-level user name and password login makes every operation traceable and protects the authenticity and security of the data
  • Relevant standards: GB 5009.88 (national food safety standard: determination of dietary fibre); GB/T 22224-2008 (determination of dietary fibre in foods: enzymatic-gravimetric method and enzymatic-gravimetric–liquid chromatography method); AOAC 985.29 (total dietary fibre in foods); AOAC 991.43 (total, soluble and insoluble dietary fibre in foods)
