Instrument for quick, reliable testing of frying oils in catering, commercial kitchens and homes.
The settings allow the fryer oil temperature to be displayed. Measuring TPM (Total Polar Materials) determines the content of polar substances, a parameter for assessing the degree of frying oil or fat ageing during frying.
