• Fully enclosed high-pressure digestion (invention patent CN 102901663B): no leakage throughout digestion, higher recovery and accurate results; better digestion of difficult samples and of samples that build up high pressure
• Outer vessel of high-strength aerospace-grade composite fibre, fully encapsulated in PFA: it does not burst, explode or tear, and outperforms conventional PEEK materials in pressure and corrosion resistance, especially at the vessel rim; compressive strength up to 70 MPa (approx. 10,000 psi), temperature resistance up to 600 °C
• Patented safety bolt (invention patent CN 104971787 B): under normal operating conditions the vessel stays completely sealed and leak-free; on overpressure the bolt rises automatically for a metered, safe pressure release. In normal operation the bolt neither breaks nor needs replacing, so no consumables are required
• Full-vessel infrared temperature monitoring as standard, with an optional multi-core integrated fibre-optic temperature measurement system; on any temperature abnormality, microwave output stops immediately and an audible alarm sounds
• Optical fibre 2 mm in diameter with a Teflon protective sheath: small bending radius, high flexibility and bending resistance, and a service life 5 times that of single-core optical fibre; precise temperature control without the antenna effect of conventional metal temperature sensors in a microwave field
• Improved high-precision semiconductor pressure sensor with high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength; the entire pressure transmission path has a special anti-corrosion treatment, giving accurate measurement, a much longer sensor life and greater reliability
• 7-inch LCD touchscreen shows temperature, pressure, time and step in real time and can switch to a curve view at any time to follow temperature and pressure during the run, helping users understand the process and refine digestion methods
• Android-based software compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11: electronic signature, user permission levels and audit trail; 8 GB storage, built-in expert method library and automatic vessel count
• Cloud service: data, methods and other information can be stored and shared in the cloud, with unlimited storage expansion while data security is maintained; the latest software version can be downloaded from public cloud servers for online system updates
• Microwave digestion, extraction and synthesis in one workstation: an organic solvent leak sensor can be fitted, so the system covers sample preparation by microwave digestion and extraction as well as microwave-assisted synthesis research
