Sound Level Calibrator, 94 dB/114 dB, P 8010

Sound level meters should be checked with a sound level calibrator before measurements in extreme conditions, at high altitudes or where high accuracy is required.

A calibrator is also used to calibrate and verify microphones in audio technology by producing defined sound pressure levels at a fixed frequency.

Two selectable calibration levels: 94 dB corresponds to a sound pressure of 1 Pa, and 114 dB to 10 Pa. Generated with a 1 kHz sine-wave signal; suitable for instruments according to DIN IEC 60942, Class 2.
