Benchtop food autoclaves with counterpressure, CFS-H series

These autoclaves are designed to cook, pasteurize or sterilize packaged foods, facilitating the development of new formulas and containers in the food and packaging industries.

All these autoclaves can regulate their cycles using the following parameters:

• Adjustable temperature between 90 and 130 °C*
• Temperature regulation by flexible core probe or chamber probe
• Adjustable pressure support up to 2.1 barg
• Programs with up to 5 initial and 5 final segments, independently adjustable by time, pressure and temperature
• Regulation by F0 and P0 values, with additional recording of Σ%F0 and Σ%P0
• Adjustable water filling cycles (number and duration)
