Cooking oil tester, OS270

Tester for safe and efficient measurement of total polar materials (TPM) in cooking oil, suitable for all types of cooking oil at high operating temperatures. High-temperature frying causes physical and chemical reactions that produce harmful compounds in the oil; the conventional chemical test has to be carried out by trained staff in a laboratory and generates pollution and unnecessary waste. The TPM value is the recognised criterion for testing cooking oil.
