This allows precise control of the entire process while preserving the organoleptic properties and minimizing possible changes in the nutritional characteristics of the final product.

All these autoclaves can regulate their cycles using the following parameters:

• Adjustable temperature between 90 and 130 °C*
• Temperature regulation by flexible core probe or chamber probe
• Adjustable pressure support up to 2.1 barg
• Programs with up to 5 initial and 5 final segments, independently adjustable by time, pressure and temperature
• Regulation by F0 and P0 values, with additional recording of Σ%F0 and Σ%P0
• Adjustable water filling cycles (number and duration)
